2. What we collect and why

• Booking enquiries: name, email, phone, country, departure airport, number of guests, package interest and your message. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• Email correspondence: messages you send us and our replies. Legal basis: legitimate interest in handling your enquiry (art. 6(1)(f)).
• Strictly necessary cookies: a small local-storage flag remembering your cookie choice. No tracking, analytics or advertising cookies are used.

3. Sharing

We share your enquiry only with the processors needed to operate the service: our hosting and database provider and our transactional email provider. We do not sell your data and do not transfer it outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards.

4. Retention

Booking enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact, then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required to fulfil a booking or by law (e.g. accounting).

5. Your rights
